Michiel Ykema
FOUNDER & CPO
Michiel has 20+ years of experience at all levels of corporate life. This enables him to understand dynamics from the shop floor to the boardroom. He combines this with extensive experience in teaching and mentoring. As a change manager, he was responsible for very diverse change and leadership programs. He also ran an Innovation Department for a large European company.
